IMDB rating: 7.20 Plot: Daniel is a decent young man, married to Jane, still living at his father’s home. When his father dies, it his up to him to organize his funeral. On this painful morning, the suitable grave expression on his face, Daniel is ready to welcome his father’s friends and relatives. But preserving the dignity inherent in such a circumstance will be a hard task. Particularly with an undertaker who botches his work, the return from the USA from his famous but selfish brother, his cousin’s fiance who has accidentally ingested drugs, the presence a moron who takes advantage of the sad event to win back the heart (or rather the body) of a woman who is about to marry another, of a handicapped old uncle who is also the most unbearable pain in the neck. To cap it all, Daniel notices the presence among the mourners of a mysterious dwarf nobody else seems to know… |

I NEED A SUICIDE SUGGESTION (DON'T WORRY IT'S NOT WHAT YOU THINK)?
OK.. I’ve been working on a movie idea…. where the main character kills himself so his wife and kids living in poverty will have the insurance money and lead normal lives. Now..here’s the twist. He needs to find a way for his death to be official, BUT… and here’s the catch… he doesn’t want his body recovered and therefore the insurance money go towards his funeral. One idea was him renting a boat, going to the middle of the ocean, chumming the water and luring sharks to the area. He sets up a video camera, hits record, shoots himself in the head while sitting on the edge of the boat, and falls backwards into the feeding fenzy rendering himself unable to be recovered.
Gor the idea? OK..any other suggestions?

Or you could have him burn to death trench himself in alcohol n then light him up by a cliff n so he runs off dies from the fall n burns

oooh, im guessing he should kill someone else but make everyone think its him,or tie something very heavy to his feet and slowly drown to the end of the sea,or if u want it like yours hmm one shark should bite 1-3 third of his face of but still alive both arm bitten off them eaten at the abdomen

The only problem being, generally insurance policies don’t cover suicide. Only homicide or death by natural causes. So he would somehow have to convince everyone that his death fell under one of those categories, which would be hard to do if there is no body.
Sorry, that wasn’t very helpful, but I thought I should point it out.

EDITED TO ADD: Couldn’t he leave some sort of will stating he didn’t want a funeral? Then he could find some sort of hard-to-detect poison or something.

depending on the insurance policy… i think it’s a great idea… he should sacrifice himself for his family. i should too. i would make it look like an accident so the insurance company would definately pay out. even to the family… accidents are slightly easier to handle more than suicides…
